Stayed in a single-bed mixed dorm. The location was superb—almost right next to the bus terminal and steps from shops and eateries. The bunk was cozy, with a lamp, fan, and convenient charging ports. The friendly staff made check-in smooth and helped arrange a day tour. The shared bathroom was decent, with hot water showers and laundry facilities. The common lounge offered a chilled space to relax with tea. On the downside, the large open dorm meant I could hear footsteps late at night, and the walls were a bit thin. I’d recommend checking cleanliness of bedding and maybe request a freshly laundered set. That minor hiccup aside, it’s an excellent budget choice for solo or social travelers.

Good value and location Mattresses very thin and uncomfortable, can feel springs into your ribs One half of capsule is plyboard which released splinters constantly onto your clothes and belongings WiFi didn't work for the majority of the time No air con in room only small fans in capsules which aren't reliable because they are so cheap There is an incredibly loud exercise class that starts at 8:30am every morning and sounds like they are jumping on your head because it is directly above the dorms You have to buy a towel to use

This capsule hostel located in Tanah Rata Cameron Highland, friendly front desk, good location with affordable price. Below the hostel have Malay restaurants, convenient stores and Watson pharmacy. The accommodation is tidy and clean, it's great that bathroom is separated for male & female. Recommended for solo & budget travellers.

Wir haben 3 Nächte im Doppelbett im Dorm gebucht. Die Box war mit Steckdosen, Ventilator, Spiegel und einem Vorgang ausgestattet. Außerdem gab es ein sehr großes abschließbares Gepäckfach. Die Federmatratze war leider nicht übermäßig bequem, aber für ein paar Nächte in Ordnung. Badezimmer waren sauber, es gab warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Es gab einen kleinen Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Balkon, hier wurden Wasser und Tee kostenlos angeboten. Frühstück gab es hingegen nicht (Mikrowelle, Toaster und Wasserkocher sind jedoch vorhanden). Über das Hostel können Touren zu angemessenen Preisen gebucht werden. Handtücher können für 4RM ausgeliehen werden. Waschmaschine und Trocker sind zum self Service vorhanden (je 8RM). Insgesamt hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt im Sleepbox Hotel, man muss sich jedoch bewusst sein, dass man im Schlafsaal mit über 30 Betten schläft. (bei uns war es nicht zu laut, allerdings war es auch nicht komplett ausgebucht).

My stay at Sleepbox was very pleasant. The location is great. I felt safe in a female dormitory. The guys at the reception they are really helpful and friendly. But the fan sound in Female dormitory was so loud and annoying. I hope that can be fixed. Overall this is a place to stay if you are in Cameron highlands,about 5 minutes walk from the Intercity bus station!
